Mince Dinner
Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 large onion diced
3 carrots diced
1 tsp dried herbs
1 tbs tomato ketchup
2 beef stock cubes
400ml water
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Method
Heat a large frying pan over a high heat
Add the mince, season and cook for a few minutes until we’ll browned. Remove from the pan
Into the same pan add the onion and carrots, season and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for around 5 mins until soft
Add the mince back to the pan with the herbs, tomato sauce, stock cubes and water. Stir well, add the Worcestershire sauce cover with a lid then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes
Stir in the corn flour mix to thicken
Serve with peas and potatoes (and mint sauce from the jar)
